Terms and Conditions for Online Shop sales
- GENERAL PROVISIONS
Buyer sending the customer confirms that he accepts the Terms and Conditions for the supply of the goods offered by the seller. Relations between the buyer and seller are subject to these terms and conditions, which are also binding on both parties.
- ORDERING AND DELIVERY
Each order will be confirmed immediately after sending the form of an email message. It will be sent to the email address stated by the customer in the order and will contain the following information: customer information , shipping address , quantity of goods ordered. The server automatically sends confirmation .
If the goods are physically in stock, a seller of goods shipped within 3 working days. If the goods are not in stock, the seller will contact the customer by email, or by telephone about the earliest possible date of delivery.
- SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Shipping costs per order is CHF 7.90.
- CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
Every order you within 24 hours by phone or email without giving any reason. Just give your name, email and a description of the goods ordered .
- A WARRANTY CLAIM
Any complaints we will process an individual agreement with you and in accordance with applicable law. Each product is attached to the invoice, which serves as a guarantee certificate. If the buyer finds any difference between the proof and the actual delivered goods ( in kind or quantity) or did not receive a correctly completed warranty card is required to submit immediately ( within 3 days ) written message addressed to our company. The warranty does not cover:

- goods send by registered parcel ( no COD ) to our address
- describe the reason for return, your address
- proof of purchase of the goods claimed in our shop
Your complaint will be filled as soon as possible, within 30 days of the receipt of goods by the Company.
